Sustainability has become the harbinger of future business. There is no organization that isn’t talking sustainability. Ideas that are propounded in board rooms for implementation all the way from procurement to production to point-of-sale need are made inclusive in the long run. Management & employees at every division and work place need to be in sync with the organisation’s mission of sustainable growth. Challenges abound in ensuring equanimity in acceptance of the ideas emerging from board rooms. Top management therefore has a huge task cut out to ensure the concept of sustainability before being accepted by their consumers and needs to be included in the basic ethos of the shop floor. A panel discussion with leaders from some of world’s most reputed companies on the challenges they face and solutions they propose in garnering employee support for implementing sustainability throughout their organization is what will be food for thought for participants & audience alike.

Here is where they will share their practical insights on innovation, leadership and new business models for social entrepreneurship.
