Malini Gupta

Ms. Malini Gupta is currently the Deputy General Manager at JCB India and is responsible for coordination and overall management of JCB India’s CSR interventions on providing viable employable skills to individuals from disadvantaged communities, including strategy, financial and programmatic parameters, innovations, staff management and capacity building and JCB staff engagement in CSR; in the hinterland of JCB India’s three factories – one in Ballabhgarh, one in Jaipur and the third in Pune. She has earlier worked with CAPART, CARE India, Oxfam India among many other social institutions in her 24 years of illustrious career.
