Prachi Pratap

Prachi has been a freelance journalist since her college days and has written for some leading newspapers and magazines. An Honours student in History from University of Delhi, she moved to Melbourne, Australia to do her Masters in Business Administration. Upon her return to India, she established an NGO: Nari Evam Shishu Seva Sansthan and worked in various projects in upliftment of women through empowering them by micro-entrepreneurship. She was inclined towards social work when she first volunteered for Missionaries of Charity at 11 years of age.

An avid reader she has recently earned degree in Law and had stumbled upon the idea of launching a magazine on the vast Social sector with her friends. With the magazine she intends to bring forth the voices of the NGOs and the workers involved with it and the excellent work that they are undertaking.
